Govt issues cautioning to gold runners

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Krishna Bahadur Mahara, has cautioned of making a move against those included in gold pirating.

DPM Mahara has coordinated the Finance secretary and authorities at the income office to complete genuine examination in this association.

Issuing a press note today, the Ministry has disproved the news conveyed by media including DPM Mahara's name in the gold pirating occurrence. The Ministry said that the news was expected to foul the Minister's character.

It is likewise expressed in the announcement that the Ministry has not taken any choice with respect to framing a Tax Clearance Commission according to the request of FNCCI.
